The Fourth Wiggins

My Podbang entry went live today. Between MLing for NaNo and six weeks of bronchitis, I had to switch to a shorter story and pod it in a rush. I had a lot of fun with it, though, and that's all down to the fic. Many thanks to kronos999 for suggesting this one and to the podmod collective for the last-minute extension.

I recorded podfic for 7pennies (aka countess7 and pennyplainknits) in the inaugural Podbang challenge, and being me, I had to go for a 70k fic. *eyeroll* Having done it, I can now back up and try a short one, see about getting a better sound quality and really learning how to edit without overwhelming myself.

I think it's a tolerable first effort, even though to me I sound like a schoolteacher reading in church on canadian TV. And I'm very, very glad to have completed and posted something.
